2010 Family Cast Application
Before You Begin:

Applications must be filled out in their entirety in order to be submitted. You will need the following information in order to fill out your application online:

  • Contact information including phone numbers, address, and email
  • Names and birth dates of all family members applying
  • Brief biographical information to acquaint production personnel with family members
  • If possible, a digital family photo
