2012 Bagpipe Band Application

We hereby apply to participate as a member in the Nauvoo Pageant Bagpipe Band during the summer of 2012. If accepted into the pageant Bagpipe Band, I agree to:

abide by the attached standards of personal conduct and dress while representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Nauvoo Pageant,
abide by the missionary standards and rules established for the pageant bagpipe band,
make arrangements and pay for transportation, housing, meals, and all personal expenses,
release the pageant and the Church from any liability and provide adequate primary insurance coverage in case of injury or illness,
grant the pageant and the Church rights to use any images and audio/video recordings of the pageant or its activities in which I appear as a participant,
provide and maintain own pipes, provide own snare or tenor drum (bass drum provided)
provide own kilt and regalia (shirt will be provided by the pageant costume staff).
learn basic repertoire for performing as a group
be in Nauvoo during the entire rehearsal/performance schedule of the pageant for which our family is accepted.
