2008 Volunteer Support Information
Volunteer staff fill many important roles backstage and behind the scenes in the Nauvoo Pageant. To serve in Nauvoo during the pageant season, volunteers must be 21 years or older, and may apply as individuals or couples. Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation, housing, and meals. Participants may choose to participate in the pageant food program. Housing options are available to accepted participants (for more information, click here), or volunteers may make their own arrangements. Time commitments for volunteers are flexible depending on the area in which they serve and may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis if volunteers have family members participating in the pageant cast or on other volunteer support teams. Application Timeframe
Volunteer applications, including all additional forms, must be received by Saturday, December 15, 2007. Those accepted as pageant volunteer support will be notified by email no later than January 1, 2008. Further information will be sent at that time. Those accepted will need to submit a materials fee ($15 for a single applicant, $25 for a couple, or $40 for a family) to cover the cost of the cast guidebook, badges, etc.
