2008 Transportation, Housing, Meal Information
All family cast, work crew, and volunteers are responsible
for their own transportation, housing,
and meals while participating in the Nauvoo Pageant.
Families/individuals may choose to make their own arrangements
or to participate in the pageant housing or meal programs listed below.
Pageant Meal Program
Pageant participants will usually have a two hour break for lunch and dinner;
however, cast members must also get into
costume, style hair, and apply make-up during the evening meal time.
Because of this tight schedule, all cast members may participate
in the pageant meal program if they desire.
Meals will be served cafeteria-style by a contracted caterer.
Participants may select any combination of meals
(breakfast, lunch, lunch and dinner, dinner only, all three meals, etc.)
for the duration of their stay.
Due to service needs, meal choices cannot be changed during pageant participation.
To participate in the pageant meal programs,
a deposit totaling 50% of the cost will be due by March 1, 2008.
The remaining balance will be due by May 1, 2008.
Pageant Housing Options
NRI RV Park
Families/individuals who bring their own mobile housing to Nauvoo, such as motor homes,
5th wheel trailers, camp trailers, or tent trailers,
may request space at the Nauvoo Restoration Incorporated (NRI) R.V. park.
(Soft-sided tents are not permitted in the R.V. park.)

R.V. sites are available on a first come-first served basis.
Reservations will need to be made through the Nauvoo Pageant office.

Because of the demolition of the Joseph Smith Academy,
the Nauvoo Vacation Villas/Condos and Nauvoo Family Inn and Suites
have graciously agreed to hold space in their facilities

to make reservations for these accomodations.

first-served basis after families have been notified of their acceptance.
(Please do not call for reservations after submitting your application.)
Payment for these accomodations will be made directly to the appropriate establishment
according to their payments schedule.
Single individuals or couples interested in
sharing accommodations with other pageant participants
should indicate their interest when requesting a reservation.
Where possible, they will be matched with other singles
of the same gender or with other couples based upon availability.
